  • This cover up is built to make your day easier. It’s super lightweight—about a third of what the usual cover ups weigh—so you’re not fighting it all shift. The ends snap together quick and clean with the male/female connectors, so setup isn’t a hassle.

    The bright yellow color makes it easy to spot, and the smooth polyethylene surface wipes down fast. It’s a wider surface too (1.77 inches instead of the usual 1.25), so it doesn’t hold onto grime.

    It holds up great in the sun thanks to solid UV protection, and it’s meant for brush contact only. It’s rated Class 2, with:

    • 15 kV covered phase to covered phase

    • 8.4 kV covered phase to ground

    The hose has a black inner layer and a yellow outer layer. If you ever see the opposite color showing through from wear, that’s your sign to pull it out of service right away.
